Evo Pricing hosted an exclusive seminar discussing sales forecasting in fashion industry: main issues and opportunities.
The seminar was held at the University of Turin with Sebastien Thomassey, of ENSAIT, as key speaker. Attending were 40 professors, researchers and students, experts in fields such as big data, pricing solutions and data science.
The seminar presented the key challenges of forecasting in the fashion industry, described the fashion supply chain and its structure, while arguing why forecasting is of great importance to fashion retailing.
